We are a caring ministry devoted to healing with love in the Christian tradition.
Through 2008, the Trust has agreed to commit up to 70% of its net income to continue to support the ministry of radical loving care at Baptist Hospital and to preserve the heritage of the Baptist name. Most of the remaining funds are committed to support charities in Middle Tennessee that are dedicated to providing loving health care to those with limited resources.
But the Trust seeks to be more than a funding agency. We believe that in order for the forest to flourish, the mission of loving care must be actively nourished. To this end, the staff of the Trust has committed to partnering with the staff of select charities to raise the standard of loving care to new heights. True loving care is the hardest to provide; its practitioners need continued support. They also deserve the thanks and appreciation of every citizen.
