The Caregiver Relief Program began in 1992 as a mission project to educate the community about dementia and related diseases.  This grant will support the salary of the RN and the reimbursement for the respite program.  80% of the 120 clients (96) will note that they have reduced caregiver burnout-by securing at least one out side source of respite care. 80% of the 120 clients (96) will note that their own health has improved and understand the importance of making their health a priority.  90% of the 120 clients (108) will report that they have the funds to pay for at least some respite care.
