Exchange Club Family Center promotes healthy, happy families by reducing the occurrence and effects of child abuse and neglect. As a licensed, accredited child abuse prevention agency, it works to stop the cycle of child abuse by strengthening parent-child relationships, teaching parents safe and healthy parenting skills, and stopping family violence.  The grant requested will be used to fund a portion of salaries/benefits for two fulltime program managers who oversee program activities at two facilities (Nashville and Murfreesboro), wages for direct service visitation monitors, and professional development. 737 out of 776 (95%) supervised visits will be completed without being stopped for any safety rule violations, thus providing safe contact and the opportunity for bonding to occur between children and their non-custodial parents in an environment that minimizes stress and is free from conflict and abuse.  54 out of 60 (90%) families will close successfully as evidenced by approval of unsupervised visits by the court and/or receipt of an average score of 2.5 or above on their Visitation Notes.
