Established in 1957, First Steps' mission is to educate and care for children with special needs and medical conditions alongside their typically developing peers in inclusive environments and support their families.  This grant will support a contract with the Vanderbilt School of Nursing to provide weekly visits by a nurse to First Steps.  The health status of 68 of 80 (85%) children will achieve 75% of their IFSP or HELP goals. 75 out of 80 children will have up to date EPSDT information incorporated into their intervention plans and ongoing health documentation.
