Established in 2005, Hope Family Health Services ("Hope Clinic") was founded in order to provide access to primary health care for the residents of rural Macon, Sumner and Trousdale counties, with a focus on those who could not access health care in the traditional system.  Hope serves the uninsured on a sliding scale and does not turn anyone away due to an inability to pay.  At the heart of Hope's mission is its belief that each person is made in God's image and we have been given the task of restoring that image through physical, emotional and spiritual healing.  This critical needs grant is to fund a portion of the Executive Director's salary in order to bridge the gap in funding created by changes in third party payors.
