The Interfaith Dental Clinic was founded in 1994 to bring people of all faiths together in a healing ministry, serving the working poor and elderly through quality, comprehensive dental care.  Owned and managed by our local community, the mission of the Interfaith  Dental Clinic is to restore, protect and improve the oral health of uninsured low-income, employed persons, their children and the elderly in the greater Nashville area through access to affordable, quality dental care, oral disease prevention services and oral health education.  Goals of the Interfaith Dental Clinic are: To increase employability and work attendance by lessening pain and improving appearance; To educate patients about proper oral hygiene and nutrition so that they can keep their teeth for a lifetime and pass good habits onto family members; To improve patients' overall health, self esteem and quality of life through improved oral health.
