End Slavery Tennessee’s mission is to create a slave-free Tennessee and holistically restore survivors of human trafficking. Founded in 2008, it provides victims and their advocates a single point of contact to in-house services and service providers that restore victims to wholeness. It also trains professionals how to recognize and aid victims, and to empower vulnerable youth to avoid being trafficked. The grant requested in this application will be used to fund a portion of the salary of the intervention specialist and clients’ healthcare. 28 (70%) of 40 survivors under our care will receive and remain under needed follow-up care for essential physical and mental healthcare. 28 (70%) of 40 survivors will remain voluntarily engaged with an agreed overall plan of care and basic program requirements, i.e. they will remain in the program as long as needed on the path to restoration.
